111tk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 111tk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 111tk website at 111tk.ws and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and BDT payment processing.

By accessing the 111tk platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

Access to 111tk and the use of its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. All conditions must be met simultaneously for a player to hold an active account on the platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 111tk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. The use of false identities, pseudonyms, or another person's details is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name. This number serves as the primary identifier for your 111tk account and all associated payment methods.
• Only one account is permitted per player, per household, and per payment method. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. 111tk may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts without notice.
• Players who have been self-excluded or whose accounts have been permanently closed by 111tk are not permitted to register a new account. Attempting to re-register following a permanent closure will result in immediate termination of the new account and forfeiture of any balance held.

111tk reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to complete KYC checks within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or permanent account closure at 111tk's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access 111tk's services, you must first register an account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number and choosing a secure password. By completing registration, you agree to the following obligations regarding account security and maintenance.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your mobile number and password combination with any other person under any circumstances.
• All activity carried out on your account — including deposits, withdrawals, and bets — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you or carried out by a third party who gained access to your account.
• You must notify 111tk support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 111tk is not liable for losses incurred prior to such notification being received.
• 111tk will never contact you by phone, email, SMS, or social media to ask for your password, OTP, or full payment details. Any communication purporting to be from 111tk that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• 111tk reserves the right to suspend or close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the security of the account has been compromised, or that the account holder is acting in breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 111tk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 111tk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment methods must be registered in the same name as the 111tk account holder.

111tk processes deposit and withdrawal transactions in accordance with the following financial terms, which are subject to change at 111tk's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 111tk account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 111tk is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within five business minutes under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may be subject to short delays.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered to the same Bangladesh mobile number and name as the 111tk account. 111tk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods registered in a different name.
• 111tk reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds declaration.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, 111tk reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation. All reasonable steps will be taken to resolve investigations promptly and to communicate outcomes to the affected player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

111tk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all bonuses issued by 111tk.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and no compensation will be payable. It is the player's responsibility to check the expiry date of any active bonus before it lapses.
• 111tk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, to modify the terms of a promotion during its validity period where justified by technical or operational reasons, and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation.
• No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. The 100% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying BDT deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Where a player withdraws funds before completing the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, 111tk reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount from the withdrawal proceeds before processing the payment.

111tk does not offer a no-deposit bonus as a standard promotion. Any no-deposit promotional offer, where issued, will be subject to its own specific terms which will be published at the time of the offer and will take precedence over these general bonus terms to the extent of any conflict.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited at 111tk and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus balance forfeited.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the 111tk platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to auto-betting software, odds-scraping tools, or session-spoofing technology.
• Opening more than one account, regardless of the payment method or mobile number used. This includes accounts opened under different names, mobile numbers, or household addresses where the same individual is the beneficial account owner.
• Colluding with other players, manipulating game outcomes through coordinated play, or exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain credits, free spins, or winnings to which the player would not otherwise be entitled.
• Using the 111tk platform for any activity associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other criminal purpose. 111tk cooperates fully with lawful requests from relevant authorities and will report suspicious activity where required to do so by applicable law.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, allowing a minor to access your account, or providing access to a player who has been self-excluded or permanently closed from the 111tk platform.

111tk employs fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is identified after a withdrawal has been processed, 111tk reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all lawful means available.

7. Responsible Gaming

111tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their activity on the platform. Gaming at 111tk must be treated as a form of entertainment. It must never be viewed as a source of income, a method of resolving financial difficulties, or an activity that takes priority over personal responsibilities, relationships, or wellbeing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111tk platform — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 111tk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the 111tk platform without the prior written consent of 111tk. Any unauthorised use of 111tk's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 111tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or 111tk had been advised of the possibility of such loss.

111tk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any technical faults will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. 111tk will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever operationally possible.

10. Suspension & Termination

111tk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would expose 111tk or other players to risk of harm or financial loss.

Upon permanent account closure by 111tk, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not payable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

111tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 111tk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active players via the platform or by email. Continued use of the 111tk platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you remain aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 111tk operates as an online entertainment platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that their use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. 111tk makes no representation that the services offered are lawful in all jurisdictions from which the platform may be accessed.
